GetBillBack.com is not a law firm and does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. All analysis, reports, and dispute letters generated by our AI are for informational and educational purposes only.

• Our AI analysis does not constitute a legal opinion.
• Results should not be used as a substitute for professional legal or medical advice.
• We make no guarantee that disputing a bill using our output will result in a reduction, settlement, or successful outcome.

4. Accuracy of AI Analysis

Our AI model is trained on publicly available CMS and Medicare datasets. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can make errors. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misclassifications.
• Billing codes and reimbursement rates change frequently; our data may not always reflect the latest updates.
• You are solely responsible for verifying any findings before taking action.

5. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using GetBillBack.com, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, or are the parent or legal guardian of a minor whose bill you are submitting on their behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to submit (e.g., someone else's medical records without authorization).
• Use the Services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI system.
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our written permission.

7. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Certain features of GetBillBack.com require a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
• Payments are non-refundable once the AI analysis report has been generated and delivered.
• If you experience a technical failure before receiving your report, contact us at support@getbillback.com within 48 hours and we will review your case.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

Your privacy is paramount. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Uploaded medical documents are processed in-memory only and permanently deleted immediately after analysis.
• We collect only your email address to deliver your audit results.
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GetBillBack.com — including the software, AI models, design, text, and dispute letter templates — is the property of GetBillBack.com and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the output generated for your own personal, non-commercial dispute purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GetBillBack.com, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reliance on AI-generated analysis or dispute letters.
• Outcomes of negotiations with hospitals or insurers.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your information.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetBillBack.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
